PLANS & PRICING

Cybersecurity
Plans

Most people only buy cybersecurity after an incident — which is exactly the wrong order. 911Cyber's plans are designed around the four things that actually reduce risk over time: hardening, monitoring, response readiness, and active recovery when something goes wrong.

What an actual cybersecurity plan covers

A "cybersecurity plan" is not antivirus software. Antivirus is one layer of one component. A real plan covers four areas: prevention (account hardening, password and 2FA hygiene, device cleanup), surveillance (dark-web monitoring, impersonation watch, credential leak detection), response readiness (24/7 access to a real responder, predefined plans for the incidents most likely to happen to you), and recovery (action when you are hacked, scammed, or impersonated — without per-incident pricing surprises).

Tier differences come down to scope (one person vs. family vs. small business), depth of monitoring, and how active the response is. The plan that fits depends on your exposure surface — not on a price-anchor.

How to pick the right tier

  • Single individual, average exposure → Starter is enough
  • Couple or small family, mixed devices, modest financial accounts → Essential covers everyone
  • High-exposure individual (creator, executive, public figure) or small business with payment authority → Premium
  • High net worth, family-office level needs, or active targeting underway → VIP (custom, includes white-glove response)
  • You are in an active incident right now → start at the tier that covers your incident, upgrade later
  • You are not sure → the free triage call sorts it out in 10 minutes

The four tiers

1

Starter — $360 / year

One protected person. Account hardening pass (2FA, passwords, recovery channels), dark-web monitoring for one email and one phone, on-call line for "is this real?" moments, one annual security baseline review. Replaces the patchwork of free services most people use.

2

Essential — $3,600 / year

Up to 5 people (couple/family). Everything in Starter plus continuous monitoring across all members, response time SLA, included incident response for the most common cases (account takeover, scam loss under a threshold, identity theft restoration), quarterly hardening checks.

3

Premium — $36,000 / year

Higher-exposure individuals or small business. Everything in Essential plus impersonation monitoring (deepfake, fake profiles, brand misuse), executive-privacy obfuscation, on-prem device security review, and direct-dial response — no queue.

4

VIP — Custom

Family-office or active-targeting situations. Continuous threat intelligence on you specifically, white-glove response with named lead, legal-coordination support, and integration with your existing security counsel or IT team.

How this compares to "just buying antivirus"

Antivirus, password managers, and identity-theft insurance products solve a slice of the problem each. None of them get on the phone with you when your Facebook is being actively drained at 2am, or trace a wire that has just left, or write the takedown letter for a deepfake of you on TikTok.

911Cyber plans are designed around the assumption that you will need a human to call. The tools are included; the people are the product.

Plans can be paid annually or monthly. Active incidents can engage on a per-case basis instead of a plan, but the plan price almost always works out lower if more than one incident is plausible.

Frequently asked questions

Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?

Yes. Many clients upgrade at the first anniversary once they have seen the monitoring output and decided they want more depth.

What does the Starter triage call actually cost?

Initial triage is free for anyone, plan-holder or not. Plan-holders get same-day response; non-plan callers are scheduled.

How does incident response work — is everything included?

Common incident types (account takeover, dark-web exposure, basic identity theft) are included in Essential and above. Complex cases (multi-jurisdiction crypto recovery, prolonged stalking, business-level breach) are quoted separately — but plan-holders get a 30% discount and priority response.

Can I add family members to my plan?

Yes. Essential covers up to 5; additional members can be added on Premium for a per-person rate. Family rates are below the cost of separate plans.

What if I am being actively targeted right now?

Call the line on this page. We will triage and tell you what is needed today — incident engagement, a plan, or both. Active incidents get response regardless of whether you sign up for a plan first.

Not sure which plan fits?

A 10-minute triage call sorts it. We do not push the highest tier — most callers end up on Starter or Essential.
