PLANS & PRICING

Cybersecurity
Plans

Most people only buy cybersecurity after an incident — which is exactly the wrong order. 911Cyber's plans are designed around the four things that actually reduce risk over time: hardening, monitoring, response readiness, and active recovery when something goes wrong.

What an actual cybersecurity plan covers

A "cybersecurity plan" is not antivirus software. Antivirus is one layer of one component. A real plan covers four areas: prevention (account hardening, password and 2FA hygiene, device cleanup), surveillance (dark-web monitoring, impersonation watch, credential leak detection), response readiness (24/7 access to a real responder, predefined plans for the incidents most likely to happen to you), and recovery (action when you are hacked, scammed, or impersonated — without per-incident pricing surprises).

Tier differences come down to your exposure level and how active the response needs to be. The plan that fits depends on your risk surface — not on a price-anchor.

How to pick the right tier

  • Personal use only, no financial loss, minimal exposure → Essential ($60/year)
  • Account or system tied to income, business-critical, or financial exposure → Premium ($3,600/year)
  • Executive, public figure, enterprise infrastructure, or loss above $10,000 → Elite ($36,000/year)
  • Ongoing active targeting, white-glove requirements, custom risk profile → VIP (custom pricing)
  • You are in an active incident right now → start at the tier that covers your incident, upgrade later
  • You are not sure → the free triage call sorts it out in 10 minutes

The four tiers

1

Essential — $60 / year

Personal protection with priority support. Unlimited AI voice and chat, dark web monitoring (1 email), public Wi-Fi auditor, password and 2FA audits, prevention checklist, and 3 deep system scans per year. The right entry point for most individuals.

2

Premium — $3,600 / year

Complete protection with active monitoring and remediation. Everything in Essential plus unlimited dark web monitoring, social media and exposure mapping, app permission audits, forensic capture, privacy scrubbing across 40+ data brokers, AI-guided recovery playbooks, 5 included remediation hours, and monthly remote diagnostics.

3

Elite — $36,000 / year

Executive-grade protection for high-risk individuals. Everything in Premium plus adaptive risk engine, Call Shield and Scam Shield, deepfake and synthetic media detection, reputation management, direct law enforcement liaison, cyber insurance documentation, real-time intelligence briefings, and 100 included remediation hours per year.

4

VIP — Custom

White-glove digital security for executives and public figures. Total coverage for any digital or physical security issue, personal on-call expert team, full digital privacy management, 24/7 monitoring for deepfakes and impersonation attacks, unlimited remediation hours, and on-site specialist dispatch when needed.

How this compares to "just buying antivirus"

Antivirus, password managers, and identity-theft insurance products solve a slice of the problem each. None of them get on the phone with you when your Facebook is being actively drained at 2am, or trace a wire that has just left, or write the takedown letter for a deepfake of you on TikTok.

911Cyber plans are designed around the assumption that you will need a human to call. The tools are included; the people are the product.

All plans are individual — personal coverage for one person. Active incidents can engage on a per-case basis instead of a plan, but the annual plan price almost always works out lower if more than one incident is plausible.

Frequently asked questions

Can I start with Essential and upgrade later?

Yes. Many clients upgrade at the first anniversary once they have seen the monitoring output and decided they want more depth.

What does the initial triage call actually cost?

Initial triage is free for anyone, plan-holder or not. Plan-holders get same-day response; non-plan callers are scheduled.

How does incident response work — is everything included?

Common incident types (account takeover, dark-web exposure, basic identity theft) are included in Premium and above. Complex cases (multi-jurisdiction crypto recovery, prolonged stalking, business-level breach) are quoted separately — but plan-holders get priority response and their included remediation hours apply.

Are these individual plans or can I cover multiple people?

All 911Cyber plans are individual — each plan covers one person. Each family member would need their own plan.

What if I am being actively targeted right now?

Call the line on this page. We will triage and tell you what is needed today — incident engagement, a plan, or both. Active incidents get response regardless of whether you sign up for a plan first.
